Co-Founder & CEO
Prosun is a seasoned global leader with 25+ years across strategy, aviation, technology, and workforce solutions. Before founding Ariston Partners, he worked at McKinsey & Company, shaping strategy, at United Airlines, driving operational transformation, and at Cognizant where he scaled global workforce and revenue solutions into a billion-dollar business.
Prosun started Ariston Partners with a bold vision: to create a future-facing consulting firm that puts partnership, agility, and purpose at its core. He leads with a strong belief that when people collaborate with clarity, innovation naturally follows.
His experience across continents and industries allows him to understand both boardroom strategy and on-ground execution. At Ariston, he guides clients and teams through large-scale transformations while staying grounded in one core idea: helping businesses run better and faster.

With nearly two decades of experience in operational leadership, Manjari is the systems thinker behind Ariston’s seamless delivery. She has played a central role in building and scaling the company’s operations, from setting up cross-functional teams to driving process excellence across regions.
Manjari’s strength lies in connecting the dots between vision and execution. She combines strategic clarity with operational discipline, ensuring that client commitments are always met with precision and speed. Whether it’s navigating a complex engagement or managing rapid scale, Manjari brings calm, consistency, and control to the table.

Oracle Solutions Lead – OSP, Sydney
Joseph is a highly experienced Oracle Integration Consultant with a background in PwC, KPMG, and Accenture. He has led large-scale integration projects across Oracle SCM, HCM, and Finance modules, helping enterprises modernize, automate, and scale.
His technical expertise includes Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, APEX, BI Publisher, and OTBI. From architecture to documentation and deployment, Joseph brings meticulous execution and cross-functional alignment.

Balaji Raguram
Senior Engineer
A Java expert with 12+ years of experience, Balaji is our go-to for building stable, scalable, and elegant enterprise apps. From Spring Boot backends to React frontends, he brings clarity, reliability, and clean code to every layer.
